Welcome to our school family at Picnic Point Elementary! My name is Bethenee Grant Engelsvold, and I currently support students and staff as the Elementary Support Specialist (ESS) here at Picnic Point Elementary. I have worked in the Mukilteo School District since 2016 and I have worked in both public and private school settings since 1996.  In addition to my work here in the district, I also teach undergraduate and graduate courses as an adjunct professor at Seattle Pacific University and Northwest University, and have provided supervision as a clinical adjunct instructor at the University of Washington, Seattle.

As an ESS, my primary responsibility is to promote the personal, social and academic welfare and development of all students.  This year we are all working to grow more resilient and hopeful---and I look forward to sharing the days ahead together!
