The Superintendent's Cabinet meets weekly and as needed, to discuss and guide the district's strategic work.
Diane Bradford
Director of Communications and Public Relations
Diane oversees internal and external district communications (staff, students, families, community). She oversees district-level website content in partnership with the technology department and oversees social media processes and archiving districtwide. Diane produces and consults with other departments to develop district print and digital district materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters, videos, etc.). She also oversees flyer distribution to families and provides school communication support and consultation.Patty Dowd
Assistant Superintendent of Business, Human Resources and Technology
Patty Dowd provides leadership of the district's financial, business, human resources and technology departments. She co-leads bargaining for staff in addition to focusing on continuous process improvement for the systems and operations of the district.
Pat Hegarty
Executive Director of Secondary Education
Pat oversees the district’s middle and high schools, including ACES, Sno-Isle TECH Skills Center, and the middle and high school distance learning programs. Pat supervises the principals and provides guidance, support, and partnership in their leadership of our schools.
Pat also supervises the Director of Career and Technical Education and routinely collaborates with cabinet colleagues around curriculum and instruction and student well-being.Kelly Raymond
Executive Director of Elementary Education
Kelly oversees preschool through grade five and partners with administrators on leadership, planning and coordination among schools. This includes supervision of administrators and school operations, ECEAP, full-day kindergarten (WA Kids), and elementary instrumental band orchestra programs.Karen Mooseker
Executive Director of Support Services
Karen provides leadership and direction of several non-instructional operational departments including Transportation, Facilities (Grounds, Custodial, Maintenance), Capital Projects, Safety, and Publications Services.
She also focuses on long-range planning for capital bond/levy and facility needs and regulatory and legal compliance for issues affecting district facilities or operational functions.Simone Neal
Executive Director of Talent and Human Resources
Simone sets the vision and direction for the talent and leadership of all district employees. Simone leads the recruitment, hiring, engagement, performance, and retention of the employee workforce and ensures the district’s commitment to equity is integrated into all facets of human resource functions and leadership development.Maria Stevens
Assistant Superintendent of Equity, Engagement and Academics
Maria leads the efforts to ensure students, staff and colleagues are aligned around a common vision, and direction for teaching, learning, equity, and engagement in service of the district’s vision, mission and goals. She oversees the departments of student learning and innovation, elementary schools and secondary schools, and partners with the assistant superintendent of business, human resources and technology to support the effective and efficient use of resources in support of learning and teaching, school operations and equity. Maria ensures the district’s commitment to equity is integrated into all facets of collaboration across the district.Brooke Trisler
Chief Technology Officer
Brooke is responsible for the direction and oversight of the district’s technology strategy and operations.
He provides leadership in the identification, assessment, implementation, and management of technology needs for the district. He also directs, coordinates, supervises, facilitates or performs all tasks and elements needed for comprehensive integration of appropriate technology into every facet of instruction and operations.
