Telephone Information When you need to call the school, keep in mind that someone will answer the phone between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. If you call and the phone goes directly to voicemail it means all of our lines are busy. Outside of our phone hours you can leave a message for the office or a teacher, or you may reach our 24-hour information line. If you are calling after 5:15 and have a question about a late bus, call Mukilteo transportation at 425-356-1306 or choose option 4 if you call Pathfinder. In order to avoid disruption to classes, please DO NOT CALL CLASSROOM/TEACHER TELEPHONES DURING THE SCHOOL DAY.
If the message is urgent, call the office and we will get a message to the teacher. Phone calls are not transferred to classrooms during the school day. Parents are welcome to contact teachers before school (8:30 – 9:20 a.m.) or during the teacher’s planning period. Each teacher has a voicemail number. If you leave a message for your child’s teacher and don’t receive a return telephone call or note within 24 hours, please contact the school office so that we can insure your message is received. Students are not allowed to have cell phones (and other electronic devices) at school. There is a phone for student/public use in the office.
Student outgoing calls are limited to emergencies only. Please call our office about changes in pick-up arrangements before 2:30 or send a note to school to inform office of any changes. Calling classrooms to deliver messages to children is very disruptive to instruction.
