    Are you a senior planning to attend college after graduating? Are you considering going to a community college, or attending a university? Your first step in navigating your journey to college is to complete your financial aid forms… FAFSA or WASFA. Completing your FAFSA or WASFA will determine your eligibility for money to pay for college.

    The FAFSA and WASFA online applications open on October 1st. We encourage all seniors who are considering college to start your FAFSA or WASFA in October. If you have questions or need help, please come in to the Career & College Readiness Center.


    “Financial Aid Fridays” will be held on Fridays in October. Seniors are encouraged to come in to the Career & College Readiness Center from 10:30am-1pm on Fridays throughout October to get help with your FAFSA or WASFA.


    Snohomish County PNACAC College Fair on Tuesday, October 8th at Lynnwood High School (18218 N Rd Bothell, WA 98012) from 6-8pm. Students and parents are free to attend the college fair and meet with over 60 college representatives.


    Are you planning to apply to University of Washington? If so, come get help with your Personal Statement. Afterschool, on Tuesday, October 22nd  at 2pm in the Career & College Readiness Center, we will be sharing tips on writing your Personal Statement. This essay is part of your application to University of Washington. Applications to University of Washington are early… November 15th, so you need to get started on applying now.


    Apprenticeship Fair at Sno Isle TECH on Thursday, November 7th from 3-7pm. Free to attend & Free BBQ, too! Learn about apprenticeship programs, meet employers hiring apprentices, and learn more about a career in the trades. Perfect for students and/or their parents looking to obtain an apprenticeship.
