Frequently asked questions from buildings.

  • Student passwords for new students – are they the format PwMMDDYYYY? Yes, the same as in the past.  
  • To reset student passwords, do we go to our Computer Specialist or Librarian? Either the Librarian, Computer specialists, or staff can reset passwords using the Account Management Tool. (AMT)
  • How does a new student get their login information?Students can reach out to offices, counselors, or their teacher since it is the same format as staff are used to. 
  • Where can we direct parents/students for Schoology Support? All teachers are now trained in Schoology so they will be able to support their students once school starts. In the meantime, we have updated the website for basic instructions below.
