WSU Everett is hosting their second Girls Explore STEM Day on Saturday, April 30 from 9:00am- 1:00pm. This freeevent is for middle school students and is "designed to increase interest in engineering among 6th, 7th, and 8th grade female students... Pizza lunch will be provided." Note: Masks are optional.
There will be hands-on activities supported by WSU faculty and student mentors; participants will learn about engineering and science disciplines. Sessions include:

- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Organic & Sustainable Agriculture
- Software Engineering
