The Superintendent will arrange for health services to be provided to all students. Such services shall include but not be limited to:

1. The maintenance of student health records,
   
   
2. The development of procedures at each building for the isolation and temporary care of students who become ill during the school day,
   
   
3. Consulting services of a qualified health specialist for staff, students and parents,
   
   
4. Vision (both distance and near) and hearing screening,
   
   
5. Immunization records and screening.
