Complaints Regarding Staff or Programs - 4312


Community members with complaints regarding staff or programs should seek to resolve the concern by informal discussions with staff involved in the matter. These discussions may occur at the building level or department level, e.g., transportation, nutrition services.

If the complaint remains unresolved, further action consistent with District procedures may be taken by the community member to resolve the issue.

The Superintendent will develop procedures for implementation of this policy.
