Uncollected Non-Tax Revenue - 7241
The Board will make an effort to collect all revenues due from federal, state, local and non-tax sources. Local non-tax receipts such as rentals, fines, fees and other charges are subject to the District's collection procedures. Procedures to collect local account receivables include sending a collection notice on invoices unpaid sixty days after date of invoice. Invoices unpaid fifteen days after collection notice are turned over to a collection agency.
The District will deny any group or individual the use of facilities in the event that an obligation remains to the District. The District will not release any transcript, grade or diploma to a student who has not made restitution for damages or who has not paid all outstanding bills.
