Family Access

What is Family Access?

Family Access allows parents and guardians to stay informed about their child's education. It provides real-time access to important information like grades, attendance, and schedules, helping families stay involved and support their student’s success.

 

Who Can Use Family Access?
Only parents or guardians listed in the school system automatically receive access to Family Access. Emergency contacts, such as neighbors, relatives, or family friends, do not have this access.

 

Getting Started with Family Access

This page will guide you through the steps to access your Family Access account for the first time. It also includes helpful training resources to ensure you can navigate the system with confidence and make the most of its features to support your child’s education.

  1.  Request a Password
     
  • Start at the Login Page
  • Click on “Forgot your Username or Password?”
  • A new screen will open.

  1. Enter Your Email Address
  • Leave the Username box empty.
  • Enter the email address the school has on file for you in the student records for your child.
  • If you’re unsure which email address to use, contact the school office for assistance before proceeding.
  • Once entered, click the green “Submit” button.

  1. Check Your Email
  • You will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.

  1. Log In
  • After setting your password, click Return to Sign In Screen to log in using your username and new password.

You can login to the Family Access portal here.
